Meet Dr Pulkrabek

Doctor Pulkrabek was born and raised in Minnesota, until he made Arizona his new home. He likes the outdoors, camping and hiking. As a youth he was an Eagle Scout, the highest award in Boy Scouts. He was also active in sports and became a state competitor in high school wrestling.

Dr. Pulkrabek and his staff treat patients of all ages, and his services are tailored to Cosmetic Dentistry. The Doctor enjoys the satisfaction of putting a gleaming smile on a patient’s face. 

Dr. Pulkrabek has been a member of the American Dental Association and the Central Arizona Dental Society since 1996. 

Dr. Pulkrabek’s undergraduate studies include Biology, Chemistry and Physics at St. John’s University and the University of North Dakota, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. After graduation in 1992, he attended one of the nation’s premier dental schools in Minneapolis. He graduated dental school in 1996 and moved to Arizona, where he has been providing excellent care for his dental patients’ needs.
