Always a great time to get my Dental Work done here. Dr. Pulkrabek is always great to deal with and does an excellent job. Been coming here for years.

I truly hate going to the dentist but from my first call with Terry to my first visit with Dr. Adrian changed my perspective. They are so friendly, explain everything, and take time answering any questions.

I’ve been a patient of Dr, Adrian Pulkrabek for over 3 years. I have never had a negative experience in his office…with him or any of the staff. I’ve always been treated as if I’m the only patient he has, and has all the time in the world for me. He is professional and caring. He doesn’t just treat me while I’m sitting in the chair… He takes the time to look at any future problems I may encounter that we may work together to avoid them. He educates his patients and keeps us proactive in our daily dental care. Thank you Dr. Pulkrabek and staff.

I had an amazing experience with getting my two wisdom teeth removed here the doctor and the whole staff are super caring welcoming and helpful and very professional I'm so glad I found a place that I look forward to come to he did amazing job I will continue going here as a new patient thank the whole team for helping me with the pain I was dealing with I truly appreciate it!

World's Best Dentist and practice! I have been with Dr Pulkrabek for years even after moving to South Phoenix, I will never give him up. My teeth are perfect because of him with many people complimenting me on them. I never have to worry about pain, payments when needed and always convenient scheduling! 5 stars!! This has been my dentist for 10 + plus and I would never change dentists. The entire staff is amazing! Michelle always works around my schedule needs, the hygienist is always so kind and gentle and the doctor is an amazing dentist! No pain, fast cleanings and healthy gums! 10/10 recommend!

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been to the dentist and AZ Cosmetic Dental has totally come in clutch. They provided me with a game plan and appointment schedule to get my dental needs back on track. I of course needed a deep cleaning and also some post op oral fun. Dr Pulkrabek has an awesome staff & I appreciate them greatly;)

Just had some pretty extensive work done by Dr. Pulkrebek and his staff. Quick, efficient and caring. They answered my questions and got me in and out of the office at my appointment times. It's nice to be treated like you matter.

Dr. Pulkrabek and his office staff are great. They’re always ready to go at appointment time and they make you feel like you are someone of importance. If you have questions they will take the time to answer them fully making sure you know what they are doing. Kudos to them as your teeth care team.
